We are currently accepting appointments through the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday, and 9am to 1pm on Saturdays. Please use this form to request an appointment. Please use the message field to let us know a little about your reason for scheduling an appointment; eg. What kind of a plan you're looking for, Existing plans, etc.

Appointments generally last under an hour.
